Liza Perez
Director of Workforce Dev. and Continuing Ed.
Liza has been working with 水果派 in various capacities since 2005, beginning her career as a Beacon Director in the Williamsbridge and Baychester communities, then running Boys & Girls Club programming and day camps in Long Island, Staten Island and Harriman, NY. Since 2016, she has been the leader of 水果派’s workforce development department, providing educational and employment services for young adults ages 14-24 in the form of SYEP, NDA Opportunity Youth and Adult literacy, Train & Earn, Learn & Earn, Advance & Earn, and other corporate and state-funded initiatives. Liza is a graduate of SUNY Empire State College, where she holds both a Master Degree in Community and Economic Development and Bachelor Degree in Community and Human Services. Liza resides in the Bronx with her family and enjoys reading, entertaining, traveling, and yoga.
